Secure Multiparty Computation (MPC) is a subfield of cryptography and is seen as a future game changer in the field of Data Spaces. MPC enables the secure processing of data sets from different sources without disclosing the data to other processing parties. Therefore, MPC is an extremely interesting technology for achieving the Gaia-X goal of allowing organizations and companies to efficiently and economically process and share data among themselves while still retaining control over this data.
